LMS schön und gut, aber wo bleiben die Lernenden?

Right now its typical newsletter stuff either printed form or downloadable monthly. i think a blog would be a whole lot better. Trying to make an informed decision before i move down the typepad of blogspot route. eg should i have a registration process. any quick recommendations? all of the material here looks interesting. thank you
