Receiving the latest Union newsletter today I had a look down the list of ‘What can I do’ (write to your MP, newspaper, talk to colleagues etc.) and, well, found one aspect in particular missing.

“Blog it”

Seriously, I know that a lot of people would argue that no-one pays attention to blogs… but that is fast fast changing. Not only are Journalists starting to set up pubsubs galore but search engines have and always will pull up blogs ahead of pretty much all other content.

Add to this the fact that, with some strategic moves, you can get into some excellent conversations with people on both sides of the fence PLUS you can inspire a regular readership to support your cause AND you can provide forums and hope for people who you are hoping to assist… and do you have any other choice?

Add to that the fact that Blogsavvy offers very reasonable rates for non-profit groups and you can take your cause to the next level through blogs.
